What is Virtual Reality?

​The computer-generated simulation of a three-dimensional image or environment that can be interacted with in a seemingly real or physical way by a person using special electronic equipment, such as goggles with a screen inside and specialized controllers.

I’m not a gamer. Is virtual reality for me?

Absolutely! There are many different games and experiences for users of all interests. All experiences are interactive and enjoyable in their own way.

​

 

Is there an age limit?

Users of VR must be at least 8 years old and 48” tall to use the VR equipment. Users between 14 and 18 years old do not need to be under adult supervision, but we do require a signed parental form. Users 13 and under require direct adult supervision by a parent or guardian.

​

 

Where is The VR Zone located?

We are located inside The Strike Zone. The entrance is located between lane one and the Pro Shop.

What if I get motion sick?

As with any motion-related entertainment, some people may be susceptible to unexpected side-effects during their VR experience. Should you feel uneasy at any point, we ask that you stop the VR session and inform a staff member promptly.

​

 

How does pricing work?

Pricing is time rental per pod, not per person. You may rent a pod as long as you would like in increments of 15, 30, or 60 minutes at $10, $20, and $30 respectively.

​

 

How many people can share a pod?

Four people can share a pod at a time. This does not affect the price. This means that whether it is just you or a family of four, it is still $30 for an hour.

How do I join the rewards program?
